With Teams for Notiqoo, your team can access and manage WhatsApp conversations through Notiqoo Chat on a computer, iPhone, or Android phone.
Before installing Notiqoo Chat on your device, you first need to create a dedicated Chat page on your WordPress website. This takes just a few simple steps.
What You’ll Need
- Notiqoo Pro and Teams for Notiqoo installed and activated on your website.
- Administrator access to your WordPress dashboard.
Create Your Notiqoo Chat Page
Step 1: Create a New Page
From your WordPress dashboard, go to: Pages → Add New. Create a new page for Notiqoo Chat. You can use a name such as Notiqoo dashboard.You do not need to add any content to the page.
Step 2: Select the Notiqoo Dashboard Template
In the page settings, select Notiqoo Dashboard as the page template. Then publish the page.
Step 3: Open Your Notiqoo Chat Page
Open the page you just created on your website. For example: https://your-site-name/notiqoo-dashboard/ . Your Notiqoo Chat page is now ready. From this page, you can find the options to install Notiqoo Chat on your computer or mobile device.
Note: The installation process is different for each device, so please follow the guide for your device to complete the setup.Once the page is published, open the page using its URL.

What to Do If the “Notiqoo Dashboard” Template Is Missing
If you cannot find the Notiqoo Dashboard template in your page attributes dropdown, you can easily create a new template with the exact same name and save it:
Create a New Template
Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to your theme builder or template section (e.g., Templates → Add New or via Elementor / Gutenberg template options).Choose to create a new template.
Name and Save It
Name the new template Notiqoo Dashboard (making sure the spelling matches exactly).Save the template.
Assign It to Your Page
Go back to your Notiqoo Chat page under Pages. Refresh the page settings, select your newly created Notiqoo Dashboard template from the dropdown list, and click Publish or Update.
