Support Policy

Notiqoo – Support & Update Policy

Operated by Amberpath LLP

1. Updates

Notiqoo provides official plugin updates according to the commercial plan purchased.

An active commercial plan may be required to receive:

  • Automatic updates
  • Official downloads of new releases
  • New versions and bug fixes
  • Other update-related services included with the plan

When a commercial plan expires, access to future official updates and related services may end. Previously obtained plugin code remains subject to its applicable license.

2. Premium Support

Premium technical support is a commercial service provided according to the purchased plan.

Support may include assistance with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and compatibility issues related to Notiqoo products.

Support availability, response times, and duration may vary according to the purchased plan.

3. Support Channels

Customers with an active support entitlement can contact the Notiqoo support team through the following channels:

Email: [email protected]

WhatsApp: Available through the WhatsApp support widget on the Notiqoo website.

Documentation: Product documentation and setup guides are available through the Notiqoo documentation center.

For faster assistance, please include your Notiqoo version, WordPress/WooCommerce version, a description of the issue, and relevant screenshots or error messages where applicable.

Support requests should be submitted through the official Notiqoo support channels. Social media messages and other unofficial channels may not be monitored for technical support.

4. License Keys

License keys are used to identify eligible customers and provide access to commercial services such as official updates and premium support.

A license key may be required to access these services. License-key requirements do not restrict rights granted by the GPL to GPL-covered plugin code.

5. Commercial Plan Limits

Commercial plans may specify the number of websites covered for official updates and premium support.

These limits apply to the commercial services provided by Notiqoo and do not restrict rights granted by the applicable software license.

6. GPL License

Notiqoo plugins are designed for WordPress. WordPress is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later.

GPL-covered Notiqoo plugin code may be used, studied, modified, copied, and redistributed in accordance with the applicable GPL.

A commercial purchase is not required to exercise rights granted by the GPL.

7. Unofficial or Modified Copies

Notiqoo cannot guarantee the security, integrity, compatibility, or functionality of copies obtained from unofficial sources or modified by third parties.

For security and reliability, we recommend obtaining official releases directly from Notiqoo or the WordPress.org Plugin Directory, where applicable.

Notiqoo’s official updates and premium support services are provided through the channels and commercial plans specified by Notiqoo.

We may decline support for modified, tampered, or unofficial builds where the issue cannot reasonably be reproduced with an official release.

8. Third-Party Services

Some Notiqoo features use third-party services or APIs. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and limitations.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page.
