Settings Page

1. Navigate to Notiqoo Pro -> Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Under Settings, go to the Teams section.
3. License Key: Enter the license key obtained from the Sevengits website.
4. Team Admins: Select the admins from your WordPress user list who will manage the teams and assignments.
5. Team Operators: Choose operators from your user list who will handle assigned chats.
6. Chat Assigning Method: Select your preferred chat assignment method from the following options:
   Assign Manually: Manually assign chats to specific members.
   Auto Assign – Random: Automatically assign chats randomly to team members.
   Auto Assign – First Serve: Automatically assign chats to members based on the first-come, first-served principle.
7. Users List: This section displays all team admins and operators. You can select them for chat assignment, based on the selected method.
