This section shows all the default WhatsApp templates that Notiqoo automatically creates for different features—such as product reviews, photo reviews, OTP, contact form replies, and other automations.
You don’t need to create these templates manually. Notiqoo creates them for you, so you don’t have to worry about how it works.These templates must be active for all related features to work properly.
Status
Shows whether the template or flow is active on your WhatsApp Business account.
Template Name
The name of the default template created by Notiqoo (example: notiqoo_review_start, notiqoo_otp, etc.).
Type
Shows whether it is a:
- Flow (interactive screen)
- Template (regular WhatsApp message)
Actions – Regenerate
Click Regenerate if:
- The template was deleted
- The template is not active
- You want to recreate it
Notiqoo will automatically recreate the exact required template.
Check Status
Click Check Status to verify:
- Whether the template is approved
- Whether it is active
- Whether it is ready to use
- Why this section matters
These templates are required for features like:
- Product Review reminders
- Photo Review collection
- OTP messages
- Form submission notifications
- Review flows
- COD flow and more
If required templates are inactive, those features may not work correctly.
