Upon purchasing a Notiqoo product, you are granted a Single Website License, which includes 1 year of updates and support. After one year:
You lose access to downloads and support unless you renew your license.
Licenses can be renewed at a discounted rate before expiration; otherwise, a new license must be purchased at full price.
The license permits usage, but all code and files remain the property of Amberpath.
8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. If you are under 18, you may use Notiqoo only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Notiqoo reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
9. Account/Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account or license without notice for:
Violations of these Terms
Harassment, abuse, or threats toward staff or support agents
Severe misconduct including spam, impersonation, or hate speech
Upon termination, all license keys will be deactivated and support access revoked.
10. Reviews, Comments, and User Content
