Support Policy – Notiqoo by Sevengits

We are committed to providing reliable and responsive support for Notiqoo, our notification management plugin for WooCommerce. This Support Policy outlines how support is delivered, what is covered, and the conditions under which support is provided.


Official Support Channels

Support for Notiqoo is only provided via the following official channels:

  • Knowledgebase & Tutorials: Available on our website

We do not provide support via email, Twitter, or other social media platforms.

If a situation requires confidential login information, we may ask you to email your credentials. In such cases, further communication will be handled via email strictly for privacy and security reasons.


Eligibility for Support

Support is available only to customers who have purchased Notiqoo directly from notiqoo.com. If you have obtained Notiqoo from any other source, you are not eligible for official support.

⚠️ Unauthorized Downloads or Use
Downloading or distributing Sevengits products from unofficial sources violates our Copyright and Website License Terms. Such cases will be investigated and acted upon under International Copyright Laws.


Access Requirements

To provide technical support, we may require:

  • Administrator access to your website, or

  • FTP access to the site where Notiqoo is installed.

If access is denied, we cannot offer support, and any claims that the product “is not working” will be considered null and void.

❌ Not included in support:

We aim to respond to queries within 8–24 hours during business hours, and within 48 hours for requests submitted outside business hours.


Bug Fixing Policy

We are committed to resolving any bugs in Notiqoo as quickly as possible:

  • Critical bugs are addressed within 48–72 hours during support hours

  • Minor issues may be resolved with temporary solutions or patches via our support system

  • Core plugin updates will be released for permanent fixes
