License Terms
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to receive updates and access premium support for any Notiqoo plugin or extension.
You will receive updates and new features for a period of one year after your purchase.
If you do not renew your license after one year, you may continue using the last updated version of the plugin, but support and updates will no longer be available.
A valid license key is required to access premium support from our team.
Additional Terms
Support, updates, and premium features are provided under a separate commercial license.
Redistribution or sharing of the premium version without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Lifetime License Terms & Conditions
To prevent misuse of our WooCommerce plugins, the following rules apply to all lifetime license purchases:
Single-Domain Use: Lifetime licenses are valid for activation on one domain only. Once activated, they cannot be transferred to another domain.
Non-Transferable: Lifetime licenses are strictly non-transferable. They may not be resold, shared, or distributed to any third party.
No Resale or Redistribution: The license may not be sold, sublicensed, or listed on any marketplace, forum, or public directory.
Domain Locking: Once activated, the license is permanently locked to the registered domain—even if the website is deleted, transferred, or rebuilt elsewhere.
License Verification: We reserve the right to verify license usage periodically. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
No Multi-Site or SaaS Use: Lifetime licenses may not be used for WordPress multisite installations, SaaS platforms, or for managing multiple client websites under a single license.
Support & Updates: Lifetime updates and support apply only to the original registered domain. Changing domains requires a new lifetime license.
Plugin Updates
Updates are included for one year with the standard license.
If your license is active, updates will be delivered automatically through the WordPress dashboard.
If automatic updates are not supported, you can download the latest version from the “Orders” section under My Account on the Notiqoo site.
Support Policy
Support is available for one year from the date of purchase.
After one year, support can be continued by renewing your license, purchasing Priority Support, or buying a new license.
All Notiqoo plugins are designed for WordPress, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v3.0.
