Notiqoo Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as a member of the Notiqoo Affiliate Program, operated and managed by Sevengits.
Enrollment in this Program
To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a completed Program Application through the Sevengits website. Your account will be manually approved to maintain high quality for our plugin promotions. You should receive a response within 24 hours. We may reject your application if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, if your site incorporates unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content, promotes illegal activity or violence, or assists others in promoting copyright infringement or business opportunity programs (collectively, “Content Restrictions”).
Utilizing Links on Your Site
As an affiliate website for Notiqoo (via sevengits.com), you may use various forms of promotion, consistent with this Agreement. These include banner ads, button links, or text links (“Links”). You may NOT engage in SPAM marketing. Any activity we deem, or reasonably suspect to be, unsolicited bulk emailing will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any commissions.
You are allowed to use Sevengits/Notiqoo trade names, logos, and promotional materials on your affiliate site under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the sole purpose of promoting Notiqoo via Sevengits. You may not visually modify any link or creative asset without prior approval.
Commissions
You will earn a commission as per the structure below:
Commission Rate:
🔹 20% per referral/sale (across all plugin plans)
Example:
If you refer 25 sales for a plugin priced at $70 (e.g., Notiqoo Delivery Location Map Picker), your commission will be:
$70 × 25 = $1,750
Sevengits reserves the right to modify commission rates, with 30 days’ prior email notice.
Commission Payment
Eligible commissions will be paid to you by Sevengits, following a 30-day holding period (aligned with the refund window). Commissions are paid monthly—typically at the start of each month.
No commission will be paid for purchases made by yourself, your organization, or household members. Only successful, paid sales (after the refund period) qualify.
Minimum Payment Threshold
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum balance of $50 before payout eligibility. Any sales pending below this threshold must remain valid and in good standing. If a sale is later found to be invalid, it will be marked accordingly and excluded from the payout.
Modification of Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Notice will be given by email or by posting the revised terms on our site. Changes take effect 48 hours after such notice unless stated otherwise. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or data. Total liability under this agreement is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you.
